JRS Australia continues serving people in need during COVID-19.
Right now, many refugees and people seeking asylum need help to prevent homelessness and entering into new heights of destitution and hunger. For many people, JRS Australia is the only safety-net. Our clients include children, women and men living in Sydney. Many cannot access Medicare.
Donating to our Emergency Cash Appeal will help us replenish our foodbank, pay for urgent medication, rent, support women out of domestic violence situations and assist people who have lost their jobs.
It’s hard for everyone right now, but together, we can make it through COVID-19.
To help, please call (02)9356 3888 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org or click here.
Thank you for walking with refugees and people seeking asylum at this difficult time.

Accompany. Serve. Advocate.
JRS accompanies, serves and advocates for refugees and people seeking asylum and other forcibly displaced people. These people face destitution, limbo and homelessness as government policy grows increasingly unwelcoming and punitive. Through COVID-19, JRS Australia continues to offer dignity and hope through emergency assistance, a foodbank, professional casework support, an employment support program, legal advice, targeted advocacy work, and a project to empower women seeking asylum. Thanks to all who are standing with people seeking asylum, refugees and migrants in vulnerable situations during COVID-19.
